About Debbie Moodie
Debbie came into real estate in 2012. After more than thirty years in Napier working and raising a family she sought a career change and joined Napier real estate (Napier Professionals) and has gone from strength to strength.
Debbie is one of the new age Real estate professionals. Fully trained and completely competent and understanding of the new act and its requirements she offers an expertise rarely found. As Ian Toynbee (General Manager and Company Principal) notes. “It is exciting both for us and the industry to have people like Debbie involved. She not only brings an enthusiasm to the profession but also a new level of focus and understanding to the new standards and the legal requirements. I believe such genuine pursuit of excellence is good for our industry and absolutely superb for the many clients she engages with”
Debbie is most proficient in understanding and utilising technology to get the best for her clients. She is proficient with systems highly organised and thorough with detail throughout the process. While this is important Debbie acknowledges the real business is about people – meeting and helping them at their time of change. “Often this can be a stressful time and listening and understanding is most important in helping clients realise their dreams” she adds.
As a mother of three adult children she understands and appreciates the significance of the ‘home’ and how central this is in our lives. She finds working with people to tailor solutions with a win win result so rewarding.
Debbie’s undeniable focus is working for her vendors and ensuring they get the best opportunity to sell and they achieve the best possible price. She is adamant on this focus and as she says “the vendor has entrusted me to sell most often their biggest asset. I will do everything to ensure this trust is repaid I am unashamedly working for my vendors 24/7and I am aiming to exceed their expectations every step of the way” concludes Debbie.
